Join us for The Localized Futures: Conversations, a series of panel discussions presented in collaboration with afikra. Across four sessions on Collective Heritage, Cities & Communities, Education, and The Arts, the series brings together institutional leaders, policy shapers, and cultural pioneers to spotlight the people actively building these futures today. What does it take to sustain a thriving, globally recognized arts ecosystem? This panel brings together leading figures in curation, gallery leadership, and institutional management to discuss the mechanisms that support regional artists, build world-class collections, and navigate the dynamics of the international art market. Panelists will share their perspectives on arts patronage, the role of independent platforms, and the responsibility cultural institutions carry in creating space for both established and emerging voices, offering insight into the strategic vision shaping the growth of the region's arts scene. Accessibility & Participation No prior experience required. Language: English and Arabic |
