Let your imagination take form in clay!
This hands-on workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of pottery through handbuilding, one of the oldest and most versatile ceramic techniques.
Guided by artist Hana El Sagini, you’ll learn how to shape, join, and construct with clay using methods like pinching, coiling, and slab-building.
As you experiment with these techniques, you’ll also be encouraged to visualize your ideas and translate them into sculptural forms, creating pieces that are both imaginative and grounded with technique. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of clay as a medium and a unique sculpture of your own making.
No prior experience is needed, and all tools and materials will be provided.
