Refunds POLICY?
You are entitled to a full refund up to 48 hours before the event start time and date. The refund will be in full up to the discounted price (where discounts were applied) of your ticket purchase.
To manage your bookings including requesting a refund please login to your My Warehouse page
To request a refund please click "Request a refund" under "My Bookings". This will cancel your booking and notify an SHF team member who will be in touch to process your refund.
If you have not heard from a Warehouse team member within 24 hours of your request (UAE office hours), please call Warehouse421 on 02 676 8803
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
